Hi, I'm Rita!

I'm a menopause fitness specialist, certified nutrition coach, and former fitness studio owner. In the past 14 years, I've trained hundreds of women over 40.

My personal fitness journey has been riddled with over-exercising, extreme dieting, severe body image issues and, over time... a return to balance. I understand the unique challenges of midlife women. Trying to change your body after 40 is harder, but it's also 100% possible and I can show you how!  

I'll show you how to get strong, lose fat (if that's a goal), boost your energy and confidence, and stay consistent so you can feel and look your best at any age!
